Chokers are shipped with USPS First Class or Priority Mail and take 2-5 days shipping and 1-3 days processing.
Tracking information is sent to customers as soon as orders are shipped out.
In accordance with health regulations any item returned that has been worn, marked, soiled, or damaged will not be accepted.
In the unlikely instance that your piece is faulty, you have 30 days, from the date of purchase, to return your goods. Upon the return we will assess the fault for store credit.
SUZI SOMA reserve the right to refuse, repair or replace your style. If your original item is no longer in stock, you will be issued store credit.
SUZI SOMA jewelry is made from delicate materials and will normally experience "wear and tear" over time.
SUZI SOMA holds a no warranty policy. Due to different qualities in computer screens, some jewelry may appear slightly different shade than they actually are.
